Choosing bridal shower games to play at your bridal shower is never an easy task. Try to find games that are both easy for everyone to take part in and games that do not cost too much to get all of the pieces to play together. Most popular bridal shower games can be easy to play and with so many options available to you it shouldn't be that hard to come to a decision. Just like when you were kids - playing dress up never gets old. Giving the bride a makeover is a fun activity that can be done using the makeup that you already have and all of the clothes in the closet. Remember that the makeover does not have to be bridal themed if you do not want it to be. There are many different types of themed-makeovers that you can give the bride to be that will be both fun and interesting. Some of the more popular choices are an 80s makeover or 70s makeover because of their distinct styles.
Groom Q&A
This is a fun game that will allow the groom to take part in the bridal shower without having to be there. Start by having the groom write down some questions and answers about himself that he thinks that his future wife might have a hard time guessing. Shoot for questions that are fairly significant but not too personal. If she is able to guess the questions right, she will receive some kind of reward. When she answes the questions wrong, she will havve to go through a small embarassing punishment. Groom Q&A is a fun game because it allows you to make fun of her for knowing so little about her future husband.
Karaoke
Karaoke is easily one of the easiest - and most popular bridal shower games. Singing karaoke is fun anytime - but surrounded by all of your closest friends in the world allows you to really open up and make it hilarious. Rest assured - at least a few of your friends will be horrible singers, so this means that you can spread some of the embarassment around.
Guess the Gifts
Most bridal showers will move to a gift-giving ceremony at one point or another. A fun game that you can play to liven up the gift giving is to play “Guess the Gifts.” As the gifts are handed to the bride, she must first guess who the gifts are from and then also what they are before she has opened them. This is a fun game because the bride will expose what kind of gifts she thinks each individual person might have gotten her, and shows how well she knows all of her best friends.
Pole Dancing
Another common game that is played at many bridal showers is to bring in a pole dancing instructor to give lessons to everyone at the party. Although some pole dancing lessons might result in some unwanted bruises, it will liven things up and take up quite a bit of time with a fun game.
